not falling for fall.

the theme of this past weekend was the lingering feeling of what life was like in chicago. windy, cold weather, for one. boyfriend, for another. kind of horrible for those who are easily brought down by unfavorable weather (yes, me)...but kind of nice to have someone there to make hibernating not so bad.



i do like pumpkins and spices and hearty meals and warm blankets. so i'm trying to embrace...but it will be a bit different this time, and im not sure how i'll take it when the temperatures really drop and the city starts to look industrial and grey...and i have no one to run home to at night...
